Creator data

Email, hashed password, name or company, country, record of accepted conditions, panel activity (for online status and security) and communications with the team. The account is shared with LIVIA ME.

Public profile data

The character details and gallery the creator chooses to publish are visible to any visitor. The creator's name, email and company are not published.

Brand requests

When a brand sends a request, its details (name, company, email, message) are delivered to the profile's creator so they can reply. They are not used for other purposes.

Moderation

Images are reviewed by automated AI systems before publication. Originals are stored privately and encrypted; only optimized versions are published. We do not perform biometric identification.

Retention

LIVIA ME's 30-day rule does not apply to the directory's public galleries: they are kept while the profile exists. Deleting a profile erases its images and data; minimal technical records are kept for up to 12 months for security.

Rights

You may access, rectify, delete, object, request portability and withdraw consent from your panel or at [email protected], under Chilean Laws 19,628 and 21,719 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR or Brazil's LGPD.
