LIVIA AMBASSADORS (https://liviamorenzi.com/ambassadors/) is an international directory of virtual influencers and digital ambassadors operated by Estudio Ideas Diseño Ltda., Santiago, Chile ("Estudio Ideas"). By signing up you accept these terms.

Who can list

People aged 18+ or companies who are the authors of a digital character or authorized to use it, and who control an authentic Instagram account of the character. We never ask for Instagram passwords.

Review and publication

Every profile stays pending review and is not public before approval. Estudio Ideas may approve, reject, request information, suspend, revoke verification or delete profiles that do not meet the Content rules, with no obligation to publish any profile.

Creator responsibility

The creator is responsible for the accuracy of the data, for holding the rights to the images, names and trademarks published, and for the business relationships established with brands or third parties. LIVIA AMBASSADORS is a showcase: it is not a party to agreements between creators and brands and does not guarantee bookings.

Declared characteristics

Apparent age, measurements, nationality and other attributes are declared characteristics of a digital character, not of a real person. Only characters with an adult appearance are accepted.

Content and license

The creator keeps their rights and grants Estudio Ideas a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to host, adapt (for example resize) and display the content on LIVIA AMBASSADORS and in the directory's promotion while the profile is published.

Online status

Online status reflects real activity of the creator's session in the panel and can be turned off. Simulating activity is forbidden.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for breaches, well-founded reports, impersonation or fraud. Creators can delete their profiles at any time from their panel.
